I had read another book by the author before and it was a good, easy read. This one was okay, and honestly it read a lot like the previous book with just a different meeting and character names. I didn't jive with the other male characters, and they felt more like they didn't have much individual substance. There wasn't really any plot other than Daisy was a damsel in distress and pregnant. Everything felt kind of forced, and really there wasn't much to it. It was over 300 pages and I finished it in one day. I don't think that I will finish the series.

This was such a sweet and spicy hockey, pregnancy, omegaverse! I absolutely loved all of the characters and how they got to know each other. Definitely recommend Melissa’s books for lighter (but still spicy) reads that you will devour!
