Lovely book. Cosy fantasy isnt something I've read before but I really enjoyed it. A good vs evil romp of a story, with great descriptions of building the coffee shop, and baked goods - made my mouth water.
Loved all tge mythical characters and how friendships were formed. The key message being - we are stronger together
Lovely, feel good read.

4.5 stars!! This was a beautiful slice of life. This could not be a better read for someone who wants a low-conflict (in terms of action and such) and character development through the roof. Beautiful and amazing. Only reason I wouldn’t give it 5 is because, uh. I truly don’t know just in my heart it cannot be 5 because it needs to be re-readable to me :)

Review of Legends & Lattes
by Travis Baldree
Okay, I LOVED this! I devoured it in less than one day… and I found myself smiling almost the whole way through.
The book is short, but it still leaves a lasting impression, and it has definitely raised my standard for the genre cozy fantasy (!!!)
(I just need to point out the way Travis Baldree subtly portrayed the romance — it never overshadowed the story but was always present, gently accompanying the whole journey in such a beautiful way — and how this should be the new benchmark for the genre, because that’s EXACTLY how I think cozy fantasy should be written: heartwarming, tender, and free from smut or anything even remotely close. That’s a hill I will happily die on.)
Good job Travis

This book was a wonderful change. So very gentile and relaxing, it was just a nice time! My only wish is there was more of it, and a few of the relationships had been explored further, but otherwise it was wonderful.
