Amazing idea, but .. author repeat the same thing every chapter. Repeating, repeating, repeating... Actually there are helpful only couple of sentences in every chapter and you can skip the rest of them..

I get the concept. I think it was way more geared for a professional business person than it was for me. But makes sense to create urgency and break huge tasks and goals into smaller more manageable bits. Skimmed the last 25% since it was so business focused.

The concept presented in the book sounds great, still have to give it a try. Or rather: commit to it.

Overall, like many of these self-help or efficiency books, it tends to be written repetitive. To much back and forth in terms of explaining the system, success stories and application of the 12 week year. Thinning out the content to the focus topics would help a lot in terms of readability.
