A) I am amazing as is.
B) The turd burglars at work are just being them - and I need to stop letting their reindeer games impact me.
C) There will always be turd burglars - so I should enhance my calm John Sparten.
D) When in doubt see A).

It's comedy, but it's also legitimately meditative if you actually follow it. I'm supposed to be meditating some ridiculous number of times per day to lower my anxiety but every "meditation voice" person I ever heard irritates the living ish out of me. Enter F*ck That. There's an app too. I had the app first. I got the book from the library because I wasn't going to pay $10 for a 64-page ebook. But I might.

I think this book was extremely funny! I laughed while reading every single page of this book, and can see myself rereading this many times. Jason Headley's take on meditation is hilarious. If you need a light hearted, short, sweet, and to the point book for meditation look no further because here it is!
