A very simple storyline that proved to be rather dull

This was a cute and twisted version of the original snow white. This was my first Manga read and it was surprisingly pretty good. It took me a minute to figure out the correct way to read it. However once I got the hang of it I couldn't put it down. Definitely a good read. It does end with a slight cliffhanger.

It’s cute, but lacks in comparison to the anime (which I unfortunately saw first).

I challenged myself, because a previous challenge said "read a manga". So I chose this for the "graphic novel" on the "Through The Decades". Manga is just not my thing. I had a hard time following the story and the characters. The drawings - alll the faces look so similar to me. I had a hard time to figure out who is who. I'm sorry! I tried!

This had a really rocky start, I almost didn't finish it, but I am glad I pushed through to the end. Once you get about 1/2 way through the volume, the story starts picking up and the characters grow into themselves better. I am not sure if I will continue this series or not, but may give the second volume a chance.

I thought this was fine! I didn’t feel engaged enough to continue on with the series, but this was an easy read for a cozy afternoon. I was also a bit meh on the art, which at points could be small and hard to see, while also being a bit bland. So I probably won’t continue with the series. I did think the one-shot at the end was sweet & I’d read a continuation of that!
