Both a great read and a fantastic source of visual inspiration. There is a lot of information as to materials, inspirations, design forms, and quotes from the media around every collection. My only criticism is that the images barely cover half of each collection. Given the choice, I would rather see the whole collection and perhaps have the images a little smaller on the page with some key details picked out. Sometimes a whole page is dedicated to images of the audience or venue blurred out as the background to a single smaller image, and it feels like the space could have been better used showcasing more looks. The book ends with the A/W 18/19 collection and also has biographies of both Jacobs and Ghesquiere.
