What a read this was! This contemporary romance dual POV novel tugged at my heartstrings in all ways possible. There were plenty of hilarious scenes mixed with very serious moments but also steamy ones, which were never too abrupt in change.

Della Munroe has been single for three years after overcoming the worst relationship experience possible
Spoilerabusive husband
. She wants to go on Tinder and sift through the available men on there, but enter Tucker Daniels, her brother's best friend and 10 years her senior, who acts as her wingman to both look after and find the right man for her. Of course, they have both liked each other for years - and he is the right man all along! - but Tucker considers her off limits due to his friendship with her brother, and Della considers herself too damaged for the likes of him. They eventually form a secret situationship where they are friends with benefits. But will it be enough?

Honestly, what is not to like about this book? I stumbled across this not knowing it was part of a series, and I adore a series where individual stories can be read as a standalone! It was easy to read yet descriptive, and I love getting both points of view because it adds so much depth to the characters. And oh Della, she is my favourite person ever! She has been through literal hell and comes out so strong and confident. Tucker is a whole green flag.

I love chapter 17, when she has a panic attack in front of Tucker and she feels self-conscious about her nightlight because she deems it infantile to need one, but it doesn't matter to him as long as she feels safe "If you need it, then you need it. Hell, if you need the sun in the room to sleep at night, I’ll pluck it out of the sky for you and hang it over there in the corner." my heart! And then they both open up to each other about their past. It was such a pure moment. And then the Tinder profile moment at the end where Tucker makes things up to her.

Favourite quote:
He gave her a half smile. “You’re a remarkable woman, Della Munroe.”
Della’s heart grew a little more in her chest. People like Selena and Arlo had been telling her that for three years. Hearing it from the man she loved, though, as he gazed at her with awe and respect, seeped right into her marrow.
But right now, she was done talking about the past. Right now, she desperately needed to affirm that she’d come through the other end and she was doing okay. That she was capable of feeling again, of loving again.

A healing, "Della Get's Her Groove Back" romance. Although Asking For Trouble covers some heavier topics than the past Credence books, it is still an excellent read and makes me crave more!

Della Munroe was in an abusive relationship prior to moving to Credence and living with her brother, Arlo, who is also the local sheriff. For the past three years she has been healing, attending therapy, and gaining back her confidence as a woman all under the safety of Credence's residents. Now that she's finally feeling some confidence, and perhaps due somewhat to her tiny crush on the hot bartender, she's ready to try dating. Enlisting said hot bartender's help she joins Tinder and it isn't long before he's her wingman, her date guru, and eventually her sexy time trainer. Not that she's complaining.

Tucker Daniels watched Della come to town a broken woman. He has also watched her bloom over the last three years into a stronger, braver version of herself. When she boldly asks him for help on dating and then tips for things he would love to do to her himself, he knows he's in trouble. Staying by her side seems like the best option, he just never expected to fall so deep.

Della and Tucker's story is a very slow burn, but once it does ignite, hold on to your seat because holy hotness!! Della also teaches us that communication is key in any relationship whether it is with family, friends or between partners. It's a wonderful message to take away from this heartwarming story.

Asking for Trouble is the third book in the Credence, Colorado series but can truly be read as a stand-alone. This was a new series and new author for me, and I was amazed by the author’s ability to make the characters' emotions come to life. I could feel the anguish and hope Della had for her future. I like how Della was able to overcome her abusive relationship with her ex-husband with the support of her brother and the townspeople. They drew her in and made her one of them. This was a wonderful, heartfelt romance and I fell in love with all the characters.
I voluntarily read and reviewed an advanced copy of this book. All thoughts and opinions are my own.

It was amazing

** I received a copy of Asking for Trouble from Entangled Publishing and Net Galley in exchange for a voluntary and honest review. My opinions weren't solicited in any way.**

Asking for Trouble by Amy Andrews is the third book in her Credence, CO series. Between the senior citizens especially Ray and Rosemary who had a giggle worthy pre-date conversation with their friends plus the field trip with the girls is the best part of the book. I loved Drew who tries his hardest to come up with alternate titles to a mortician. All in all I give Asking for Trouble at 4.8 rating and am waiting for Sheriff Arlo's story hopefully soon.

When Arlo rescued his sister Della Munroe three years ago from her abusive husband he never dreamed that asking his best friend Tucker to be her wing man could lead to her having fantasies. Because every one of the new ladies in Credence were probably had the same thoughts of what he'd be like in bed. Tucker reluctantly agrees to escort Della to Denver for her therapist appointment when he is asked to be her Tinder date rescuer and drivers ed instructor possibly could it lead to a forever kind of love. When Della finally tells Tucker that she loves him his first thoughts are that he's too old for her and worried how he'll tell Arlo he's been dating his sister will be the defining point of does he love her or not?

Tucker is running the bar in Credence after his father passed plus learning how to make fruity drinks for the new ladies who have moved to town has kept him on his toes. So when Della walks into the bar and asks about how to find a date on Tinder can he really be her wing man without wondering if she'd date him. He'll be exactly what Della needs a compassionate sounding board as she explores their mutual feelings for each other.

Asking for Trouble is the third book in the Credence, Colorado series and I definitely recommend it! I love Amy’s writing style and she really shines in this one. I feel like I have been waiting for Della and Tucker’s story since the first book and it did not disappoint. It was so great to see Della come out of her shell! I loved Tucker and thought he was the perfect book boyfriend. I cannot wait for the next one!

Della is an amazing women and I love how she is finally at the point of taking back a lot more control in her life and there are plenty of laughs, awkward moments and frustrations for them both when Tucker one of her brothers best friends agrees to be her wingman. You will laugh, cry, hoot and tut and want to shake them both as they go on this journey, but what am amazing journey it is that is made even better with the help of their friends in Credence! I am well and truly addicted to this series now!!

Asking for Trouble is the third book in Amy Andrews Credence, Colorado series. But it can easily be read as a standalone and this is what I did, and I thoroughly enjoyed it. As it was nicely paced, well written, amusing, sweet, and full of feels. And the small town setting, along with lots of interesting characters certainly added a delightful charm to a story that does also have a serious edge to it.

Would happily recommend.

Asking For Trouble is fun, sexy, and greatly satisfying, yet emotional and touching in parts as well. I practically devoured it from page one. I loved both of the main characters so much! Tucker is definitely the type of man every girl dreams of and to say Della has had a rough past is a huge understatement. The fact that they've had a crush on each other that neither let themselves fully admit much less tell anyone is so endearing. It made me so happy to see them finally getting together. I was so worried about how her overprotective brother Arlo would react when he found out. This is such a fun series and I am so looking forward to reading the next book. Although each of these books can also totally be enjoyed as a standalone as well. If all of Amy Andrews books are as good as this one though I will just have to read them all!

** Thank you to Entangled and Netgalley for providing me with an advanced digital copy. This is my voluntary and honest review. **

I love this series so much!
Tucker and Della were so good together. Their romance is sweet and steamy. If you read the book before this one you could see that they were into each other!

After three years of putting herself back together and being over-protected by her brother and the town, Della is ready to start taking charge of her life. Starting with dating. She downloads TInder and after her first disastrous attempt, she asks Tucker to be her wingman.

Tucker does not want to see her dating questionable guys, so he agrees in order to help her weed out the bad ones. Pretty soon he's helping her in ways he definitely shouldn't.

Their scenes were so steamy!
There were a few that left me misty-eyed.
And there were plenty of funny moments too! At the beginning when Della made a joke about her Holy H****. I snorted. Drew while encouraging Tucker to talk to Arlo.
Can I move to this town?
