so I have read quite a few of Mary's books. I love the stories ...the overall story. What I have figured out that I don't like is...there's too much going on for me and it becomes overwhelming. While I definitely kept changing my mind on what was going on which was fun and kept me engaged, there were so many story lines happening and some were not tied up by the end and that bothered me. I'll keep reading her books bc I enjoy them enough and I know what to expect going in now

Just so boring. I could not retain any information about these people and I really did not care to see what the "secret" was. Not compelling.

I received this book off Netgalley in exchange for an honest review.

I was a bit disappointed with this book! It was brilliantly written as Kubica's books always are! But I think in comparison to her others, it weren't as good!!

The character development was good and I did get immersed in the drama! But it wasn't the psychological twists and turns I'm used to
