Heartwrenching - I was sobbing at parts and it pulled on the heartstrings in unexpected ways. A great book overall and probably my favourite out of the three. Also the writing was more dynamic in this one without needing as much set up and I think it also had the most action too.

Forgot how much I loved Jem, but rereading after 12 years has reminded me of what a great character he is.
The story has a great pace and I can’t find any character to dislike completely. Even with Mortmain, Nate, and Jessamine, you can somewhat understand their actions and desires.
The relationship between Tessa, Jem, and Will is so endearing/hearbreaking/sweet… I can’t even think of words to describe how much I love them. I found myself taking a break to scream a few times because they are so loveable and their relationship is so wonderful. The love they all have for each other… T.T
Seeing more into Will’s childhood/backstory and getting a look into his thoughts and actions makes me like him more. He was a bit frustrating in the first book but with more information on why he acts, you grow to like him even more.

I’m so sad for my boy Will 🥲 I hope he will have his happiness in the next book.
This one was good and I really liked it, the plot thickens and we learn a lot more about the “villain” and all.

Lo digo porque el pasado libro le tenía demasiadas expectativas y meh.
Pero con este libro fue otra cosa.
Este libro es el libro más rápido que he leído de esta autora y lo sentí muy ligero y entretenido.
Con este triangulo amoroso, estaba todo el tiempo como OH MY GOSH OH MY GOSH, fue muy intenso todo lo que pasó en sí con la trama y me mantuvo interesada todo el tiempo.
Y una ultima cosa, AMO A WILL HERONDALE.

I can't believe I waited 5 years to read this after buying the book! It was WAY better than Clockwork Angel and so many things are starting to make sense. There are still a few mysteries to be resolved in Clockwork Princess, but I'm overall really impressed with this story. The plot was mysterious, the characters were even more loveable and the love triangle was surprisingly not annoying!
Can't wait for Clockwork Princess!

The ending when Tessa accepted Jem's proposal RIGHT BEFORE Will had the chance to tell her about the curse was absolutely heartbreaking. I'm such a Will/Tessa shipper :(Spoiler
I also think the ending was really cool and I like how Cecily is going to be trained as a Shadowhunter. I can't wait to find out more about her in the next book!Can't wait for Clockwork Princess!
Really this is more like a 4.5/5 but alas goodreads still won't let us give half star ratings. This was a great read and in my opinion better than the first in the series. I appreciated how much more the characters relationships with each other developed in this book, which in turn lead to me feeling more connected to the characters. Highly recommend.
I am entertained, I really am, I love the characters, I love the vibe, but honestly nothing is really happening, this trilogy could've been one big book.

Un libro del que me llevo la impresión de que más que una continuación como tal, es un libro de transición entre Ángel Mecánico y Princesa Mecánica.
De cualquier manera, los finales de Cassandra Clare no decepcionan, y como siempre, te dejan con ganas de mucho más.

Megszakadt a szívem. Kétszer. Egyszer meg röhögőgörcsöt kaptam. De tényleg. Konkrétan fetrengtem az ágyon, a világomról nem tudtam, úgy nevettem, amikor Will énekelni kezdett !!
A történet még mindig remekül felépített, a szereplők egyre jobban szerethetőek – vagy éppen utálhatóak, Magnus pedig felemelkedett a kedvencek soraiba. :)
Igazából valamiért elmaradt a szöveges értékelésem, valahogy nem tudok igazán nyilatkozni a könyvről – nekem eléggé fájt az a két momentum a történetben, de azért valahogy még sem tudom feltétel nélkül akármelyik oldalt is hibáztatni. (Elég rejtélyes voltam, mi?)
