It offers little in comparison to the overwhelming hype it has garnered online.
Ugh, my recent reads have all been ⭐️ or ⭐️⭐️ at best. The disappointment is palpable, and it leaves me with such a sense of unease.
Yet I keep giving chances to the same genre over and over again

Cheesy sports romance. I read it to get over my book hangover after reading Onyx Storm.

This plot was unhinged in the absolute best way. I had no business being up reading this at 4 am and yet I had to know what happened to these people (especially Noah).

Holy mother of jellyballs! This is an INFINITY-STAR read for me. It didn’t help that I read this book right before my period— I felt every emotion at its peak. I bawled my eyes out towards the end, and once I started, I couldn’t stop. This is going to be a huge rant, but I have to let it all out. I went into this blindly without checking what it was about and didn't know it had love triangle in it and I was rooting for Chase Harper in the beginning but once Noah fucking Riley entered the scene, I was done for.
I was hooked from chapter one. ALSO, WE HAVE THE “FUCK IT” AND THEN KISSING FIERCELY MOMENT TOO!! I HAD TO PUT MY KINDLE DOWN TO DO A HAPPY LITTLE DANCE. Argh, it has all the moments that I wish to experience with someone! This book had me giggling and kicking my feet in the air every now and then. Where can I get a Noah-fucking-Riley for myself? This man is husband material. He's more than a green fucking forest Greener than green, lol ! I cannot talk enough about this book. I need a gang like this one in my life.

The writing is terrible. I had to re-read several pages just to understand what the hell was going on. However, I loved the story and I’m happy I stuck it out to the end.
This was really good book
I I really enjoyed this book. This was also a new to Me author. I can't wait to read more from this author, and i'm hoping the other characters in this book get their own books at some point

Top read of 2022
If you’re debating reading this, please don’t debate any further, and read this dang book.
It is now my favorite read of 2022. This book put me through it! I felt so many emotions while reading this and the only thing I can compare it to emotionally is The Ravenhood trilogy by Kate Stewart. This book is nothing like that trilogy, but the way it made me f e e l so much is what is comparable. And that’s one of my favorite trilogies of all time… dare I say this just topped it? I think so.
I cried for 2 hours straight reading this so fyi prepare yourself for the second half or less to hurt for a bit but also fear not, this does have a happy ending.
