About 2 hours spent telling me how much I was going to learn from the book/method. Did cause me to reflect in hormones in a new way though (namely which of my actions are likely driving which imbalances leading to which symptoms.)

What I love best about Vitti’s approach is that she recognizes that our conception of time, work, and bodies is entirely predicated on the male hormonal cycle. Once I heard that I felt like my mind opened up to the possibility of a whole new way of living. I’ve implemented several of her recommendations and lost 15lbs in three months. My skin has cleared up, I think clearly again, and I feel more calm than I have in over a decade. It takes some practice, but it’s worth it.

[Edit later on] After reading this and "Period Repair Manual" I recomend the Period Repair Manual SO MUCH MORE. It is ad free, science backed and much more informative overall.

(WomanCode Review) If you can skim past the relentless self advertising and business plugs this book has a ton of great information on hormones and balancing them for better life vitality and overall health. Recommended with reservations.

Aside from the embarrassing title, I'm thankful I've stumbled across this book. It's taught me how to eat in a way that is improving some bad symptoms I've had over the last five to ten years: acne, back pain, fluctuating weight and some other things I'll spare you the details on. It's not a "good read" per se, but it has taught me a lot about being more aware of myself. I would definitely recommend it!

A lot of information couched in a lot of text. The main topics of the book are interesting but it’s trying to sell the website and brand too much which meant I skipped a lot of fluff although I gleaned a few interesting points to implement.
