THANK GOD I found this book in time. I had recently deleted all social media except for LinkedIn and Whatsapp, but I fear without James' help I could have fallen back into being a no holds barred, dedicated screenie! Now no longee a webhead, my castle is under construction, I'm on a train to Rhyll and have started a plethora of small businesses to fill the void left after Instagram.

(A hilarious, fever dream parody of a self help book.)
