I waivered between 3.5 and 4 stars on this one, and settled on the 4. It was definitely an emotional ride. Zara, Alistair and Nash... they all have one thing in common. Grief. And so that is where it begins and of course is mentioned several times throughout the story.
The main reason I waiver is because Zara just irked me a lot of the time. She was just not a likeable character throughout most of the book, but I still liked the premise.
It's not nearly as good as the Salacious Players Club series, but I'll still read the next book, about Nash.

I just loved this book so much. I nearly cried when it was over.
