This book leaves me with a one question....how could anyone betray their country? Why did he do it? That's the one thing that keeps me thinking, I never understood.
The novel was very well written and I did enjoy it. I'm half Irish and this is the first novel I read about the Troubles, I never realized how violent the Troubles were. I was young when they ceasefire and made peace. I would recommended this to anyone interesting in learning about The Troubles.
