This series is just so fun! I’m really enjoying all the characters and Emma’s friendships blossoming. The mystery is honestly fine. I’m just in it for the romance, friends, and humor.

What happens?
A werewolf due to be married to the next alpha of the werewolf pack is found dead in her kitchen. Emma steps into action to prove Daniel wasn't the last one to see her alive and didn't kill her.
The magical side of her life is also going swimmingly with her natural disaster luck making her learn to ride a broomstick seem impossible.
Final thoughts
I can't stop reading this, its addictive. I like Emma but the broomstick nausea and being sick is kind of annoying.

easy audiobook read. this book isn’t the beat but it’s something cute to throw on and if you get distracted you don’t miss much!

p.s. I would suggest the author to call them “poppets” instead of “voodoo dolls.”

The second installment in the Spellbound universe. We get to see more of the town and the different factions within. Specifically we explore more of the werewolves, female friendships, and Emma’s next step in her witch studies.

This was a quick read, and a nice follow-up to the first book.
