I don't know what Ladii Nesha put in this book but I need more of it. One thing I love is a strong, sarcastic, smart mouthed female MC and Marley was that in doves. I love that Czar was not turned off by it and loved how out of pocket she was. This is one of my favorite books by far. Its a must read 10/10 recommend.

This book was sooo good. It reminded of deep in my soul by Kimberly Brown. My only flaw was that phoenix had more of a backbone & stood up for herself more. She let everybody use her & manipulate her even when she knew what was going on but other than that it was good.

Too much for wop wop for me
I enjoyed this story, but the plot was my issue. The Phoenix situation was too dragged out for me. I get that some people are so battered and brainwashed that they will stay in a situation way longer than they should; sometimes they never get out. But, I got so annoyed with her. The story was written well. The character development was good too. I just don’t like stories that have this amount of abuse.
