You get a fast paced second chance romance with some flaws – the storyline is a bit messy at times. (the “we’ll not talk about the past” was frustrating after a certain point and the whole last act was very anticlimactic and abrupt.) The ML gave me some whiplash with his mood swings.

Got this to read on my Kindle. Easy read, not very much thinking involved in reading it. Interesting storyline if you can suspend your disbelief about parts of the plot. Overall, just okay. Not continuing on with the series even though this one ended with a cliffhanger.
