This was a short and cute friends to lovers. It was somewhat boring, but I still think it was good.

I’m starting to realize that I’m actually a sucker for friends to lovers. I think People we Meet on Vacation made me a changed woman. I absolutely adored Teagan and Silas together. I really can’t help but to love reading about two people who are so deeply love in each other and are the only ones who don’t realize it. Denise Williams did such an amazing job with making me care about each one of her couples with a more than 100 pages.

Quick cute novella that delivers well based on the synopsis with a fun little surprise in the epilogue.

Friends to lovers trope. The FMC & MMC were besties and both secretly in love with the other but too afraid of ruining their friendship to say anything. The FMC found a pros and cons list about starting a relationship with a friend on the floor of her job and convinced the MMC to help her find out who wrote it. I was convinced it would be him that did it but you’ll have to read the book to figure out if I was right or wrong. All in all another cute novella in this series and a nice way to wrap it all up.

I adore Denise Williams and will continue reading ANYTHING the woman wants to write but I feel like novellas just aren’t it for me. Friends to lovers is one of my favorite tropes especially ones with flashbacks to their developing friendship/feelings… but I felt like the pacing was off to cram basically two whole storylines (past and present) into such a short book. Loved the main characters and the banter though! The side characters had so much potential too but there were so many of them and it was hard to keep track without the pages to dig into them. I really wish it was a full length novel!
