Not really sure who this is for. It doesn’t feel at all like Constantine to appeal to Hellblazer fans and it’s not unique enough in the realm of edgy teen does magic to pull new fans. It’s not bad. It’s just kind of there.

This is a retelling of John Constantine as a young guy who left Britain to study magic in the US.  It's not that bad of a story, but I did wish that they had put more focus in the relationship between Constantine and his stepdad.  The little bit that the author gave us wasn't enough.  The story could have down without Constantine's relationship with June.  It seemed unnecessary.

It was good. It kinda reminded me of the show “Supernatural” in that
Constantine had magic (witchcraft kind), spells, demon summoning, and more.

This is 100% not a comics accurate Constantine but it's okay. It's for teens who possibly would pick it up due to a punk ass cover.

The main character gave me major Spike (from Buffy) vibes.
