Falling for Gage

Mia Sheridan

3.82 AVERAGE

This is my third by Mia Sheridan and I think every single one I've read has been fantastic. She writes a solid romance with real, nuanced characters.

Working in her family bar, Rory wants more for herself and feels a tug to leave but can't place it. Her mom passed and she never knew who her dad was. One night, Gage Buchanan and his Ivy League buddies get stuck in Rory's small town bar. Gage is smitten instantly with Rory and they share one passionate night and go their separate ways. When Rory finds a clue to who her dad is, she enlists the help of a friend a few towns over in an affluent suburb. She's meeting posh family after posh family with a ruse about being an art estimator when she runs into Gage. He can't leave her be and he's acting out of character. Everyone can see it, but the two come from different worlds. Can they ever make it work?

I really loved Rory in this. I didn't love the whole art thing and lying, but the way she knew who she was and saw Gage so clearly when he couldnt was perfection.

I just love this series. And now wonder if there will be another following Easton’s story. Or maybe Lexi? I need more! (Ebook)

ミ★ Archer’s Voice holds such a special place in my heart that I couldn’t wait to read another romance set in the same world, written by my favorite author …

I enjoyed this but I feel like Gage should have let people know what he really wanted sooner.
