Outstanding!!! This book is a must read for anyone interested in the #metoo movement, journalism, or politics. It was fascinating (and horrifying) to read about the obstacles Ronan Farrow faced while trying to report on sexual harassment in Hollywood, and the lengths some people went to try to kill the story. The book does an excellent job blending actual journalistic reporting, the experience of researching the story, and the impact of everything on Ronan's personal life and his relationships. The audiobook narration is also excellent -- Ronan reads it himself and creates voices for the different characters in the book, which adds a nice personal touch. Plus, there's audio evidence in the audiobook that isn't present in the physical book (due to the format).

Farrow tells the stories of the women who came forward against Harvey Weinstein, Trump, and Matt Lauer. I found this audiobook, read by Farrow, to be an informative account of the hurdles put in place for a journalist (even a well-known name like Farrow’s) to report the truth, and the deadly nature of powerful men.

Ronan Farrow details his reporting on the Harvey Weinstein scandal with care and honesty. His dedication to publish this story despite the backlash, coverups, and conspiracies is admirable and something I hope other reporters aspire to. He handles the sensitive topic of sexual abuse and assault with care while also not shying away from the details of what actually happened. He is also clear about his sources and I believe he vetted everything he possibly could to maintain integrity in his reporting. Would def recommend this to anybody and everybody.

This was a rivetting book and, as with his first book, Farrow is a master at writing compelling and important stories. However, and without trying to diminish the importance of these stories, the second half of the book, especially after the *article* is published really slows down, there's a section that feels just like a dump of traumatic stories that while important and gut-wrenching are not weaved into the book really well.
