Moon Touched by Elizabeth Briggs is a weak "meh". If a book could be written with all of the cliches and tropes, this is it. It's a steamy rejected maye with ... bet you can't guess! RED-HAIR! I have nothing against red hair, but when only 1-2% of the population has red hair, but 50% of the fantasy books have red-haired heriones it gets old. Literally I have read hundreds of fantasy books and only ONE short story has a red-haired hero! For goodness sake, could someone write a brunette? The wolf packs are all named and gifted around the Zodiac signs. Ayla is a Cancer pack wolf who is mistreated by her pack because her father, the Alpha, had an affair with a human and produced Aila. She is a half-breed wolf shifter, that no one wants in their pack, so when the son of the Leo Alpha gets mated to her, he rejects her. Then a lost pack Ophiuchus (usually I would have looked the term up, but I just didn't care enough) that is not part of the Zodiac contingency comes sniffing around and she ends up being rescued by them aftef her pack is wiped out. This is what gets me, Ayla has a bunch of broken ribs, one of which has punctured her lung, and she's straining to see the Alpha of the Ophi... whatever, pack's "manhood." Because when you're dying, you definitely want to make sure the last thing you see is male genitalia.
The best I can say is that I finished the book. I will not be reading the next one even with the cliffhanger ending.

Erotikou nabitá vlčí romance. Přesně to slibuje Třinácté znamení, první díl série Vlci zvěrokruhu.

I need to stop having crushes on fictional men. But my werewolf crush list is still very much open, welcome Kaden!

It was really bleh. The characters aren't very likeable and the MMC feels really 2 dimensional. You can see the plot twist from a mile and it's not even reveal in this book (it been a trilogy is completely unnecessary). There's no passion, which is one  things that you look for in the omegaverse books, so, a disappointment really
