Koontz constantly interrupting the story to speak directly to the audience is a style I hate. Just when I’d get interested, he’d spend a whole paragraph defending a word choice. No thank you.

Interesting…not sure how exactly I feel. Some parts reminded me of “IT” by Stephen King…other parts were weird and not as good. Kind of all over the place. The central “Amigos” were good characters.
