Made me cry

"There are things that happen and leave no discernible trace, are not spoken or written of, though it would be very wrong to say that subsequent events go on indifferently, all the same, as though such things had never been. It’s interesting to read this book while during the same period I saw Nope and the Try Guys scandal is going on. This book is a lot of things but it is also a book about two stans of two famous authors trying to uncover the secrets of their personal lives by reading their receipts. They uncover scandal and use the spectacle of this and their relationship to it for financial gain and to advance their career.
