The book really has you going, thinking you figured it out but NOPE, gives you twist and then another.
Loved that way its written, from multiple different views.
You never know who to trust.

As a married woman, I am glad that my husband and I never exchanged the typical anniversary gifts. Though, it was very warming to read the letters describing the anniversaries at first, as the years go by the letters just kept getting more and more sad. Twists and turns led these two back together though.

A twisty tale from start to finish, each time you think you have the story figured out there is a new twist. Feeney gives the reader quite the rollercoaster ride through this novel.

I enjoyed this book but not as much as the hype around it suggested I would. I liked the writing style and pacing. There were many elements that felt unique to me which is always refreshing in the domestic thriller genre. The twists and the climax were a bit underwhelming but overall, a solid thriller and worthwhile read.
