The whole series wasn't quite right for me and I'm not entirely sure why not. I liked the story well enough but I had no trouble putting the books aside when reallife called and I wasn't in a hurry to pick them back up. Somehow, the writing didn't really lure me in, I guess.

Five stars isn’t enough

This was absolutely amazing. I loved every moment of this book. I’m sad this series is over and really hope we get more in this world as there were definitely some loose threads I’d happily read about. All the houses could have their own books and I would be in heaven.

This is one of my favourites trilogies for some reason!!! I think this book brought everything I need. Every single thing I was curious about was explained and it was beautiful written. Thank you so much Kerri for writing one of the best fantasy books I've ever read. I love the character development, their growth as a couple, as a part of a family as well. Everyone is so unique and we could see more of the brothers in this book, something that I really appreciate. I loved it. And the romance was untouchable, perfect as I imagined!

This fell pretty flat for me. I actually lost interest midway and had to come back several days later. It felt like the plot was wandering & just did not have a clear direction. As someone who really enjoyed the first two books, I found the conclusion fairly disappointing.
