First time reading a Ms. Marple. I am not sure that it connected with me the same way other mystery have. It felt like a Hardy Boys/Nancy Drew TV mystery, in that it was a bit social commentary, but fluff, bit mystery.

didn’t enjoy this one. reveal was boring too.
mysterious tense slow-paced

I feel like I'm getting close to finishing the Miss Marple series but I honestly don't know. There's just something about Marple that makes these book so freaking easy to devour. These books are just that dangerous but I am enjoying them from time to time.

The thing with The Mirror Crack'd from Side to Side was that I had way too many suspects and not enough time to be patient enough to figure out who actually did it. So, I kind of just went with the flow of things and waited for the big surprise at the end. What I didn't expect was the actual ending of this one. It was just so sad and I felt bad for Marina.

I won't go into such great detail about why just know that I was and still am sad for her. What she went through and the reason as to why was just a shock to me as it was to her. In the end, this mystery book was very easy to devour and I look forward to the next one.
