i think this might be the worst written book i have ever had this misfortune of reading

It’s hard to shake the feeling that reading this is voyeuristic. On the other hand, I do think there is something redemptive here?

There’s just too many big issues that I feel like I have to read in between the lines about and then I’m like why do I have to read in between the lines? Harry you were so close smh.

It just couldn’t stick the landing when it mattered. Still, it lives rent free inside my head.

Entitled complainer

Most everything I had read about this book before reading it was negative, which, retrospectively, makes sense. Most everything I had read about this book before was written by The Media™️ and, given that Prince Harry spends more pages than not railing against them, I understand why they might be a little critical. That being said, I quite enjoyed this memoir and came away liking Prince Harry and Meghan a lot more (and William and Kate significantly less) than I did going in. It may have helped that I listened to it in his voice but I would absolutely recommend to a friend.

while I was familiar with most members of the royal family before reading this, I haven’t followed along throughout the years, so I wasn’t aware of most of what has taken place other than who died and who married who.
Surprisingly I enjoyed hearing about Prince Harry’s years in the military the most. I would definitely recommend!
