November 2017 - another lovely and evocative story about the transition between seasons. I'm really hoping Kenard Pak goes all the way around the year!

Goodbye Autumn, Hello Winter is a nice illustrated picture book describing the changing of the seasons and how fast and wonderful it can be. You begin following a brother and sister exploring nature and as their walk takes them into town each page brings Winter closer. A very nice book to show how the seasons change around you.

Beautiful exploration of the change in seasons. Perfect for a unit on seasons or one on one reading.

I loved the artwork - Stunning! A simple story about the changing seasons. It's told in verse. There really isn't much story, it's mostly invoking emotions. How nice they get snow where these kids live. Anyway.

I loved it, but it's slow and not so gripping and I wonder how kids will like it. I can base it off my niece and nephew and they would have been a little bored, accept its short. They like the funny. Well, they would have loved the cute animals too.

Beautiful pictures, very pleasant read for parents, but my toddler merely tolerates it.

Beautiful illustrations with weird inaccuracies that could have been quickly researched & avoided. Makes me not want to read it aloud to children, unless as an example of how misinformation makes it into the books we read.

Drop dead gorgeous illustrations are paired with a call and response kind of text to highlight the changes that happen when autumn gives way to winter.
I loved this so much I went through it a few times just to fully appreciate it.
