I did like the concept of the characters improving themselves (and not just the MMC and MFC) but otherwise this was predictable and flat.

An easy read. Kinda kept waiting for something big to happen and it never did. Not a huge fan of the love dynamic either. All of the characters in this book are people I would not be friends with irl which I think made me dislike the book even more. The book does get a little better toward the end.

Evan and Gens relationship was so toxic at the beginning that I wasn’t sure I would like this book but I ended up enjoying it quite a bit. Once Evan starts to make some changes I felt way better about the two of them. Very sexy. Why is cooler such a grump in this book?
