At times it was a bit painful to read because of difficult themes. Handled well though, I think. 

And it was well written, and I was rooting for my boys from the start. Some scenes felt VERY similar to a different stepbrother romance I’ve read, but I can’t remember which one (so I don’t know which one came first). But I don’t reeeeally care because it was still a nice read. 

Surprisingly little angst concerning the whole “they are stepbrothers”-thing, but I am a big fan of low angst so that suited me just perfect (but I know a few of y’all will miss it). 

Oooh and lots of spice so don’t worry. 

Looking forward to the next one!
