The emotions I felt during this book! Wow, I can see why this is a BTS fan favorite (also read among some of the BTS members) 📚💜 This story follows Yunjae, who finds it difficult to feel emotions when they happen (born with Alexithymia), and Gon, who is the total opposite in the way he expresses his thoughts/feelings. These two come together after tragedy has already struck and other unique events unfold, but I didn’t know how to take their growing friendship at first. However, as the story went along, they both had a humor that caught me off guard and showed how these different personalities can mesh perfectly (and that love becomes a factor when it’s missing from your vocabulary). Insert Dora, another character that I came to adore (especially introduced to Yunjae). She helps Yunjae feel those missing emotions that have been dormant all his life. This books is adored and recommended by many and for good reasons - if you like stories that showcase friendship and love, including characters that don’t fit in right away, then you need to pick this book up!

This story as a whole was great. It was extremely interesting to read about gon and yunjae and their relationship. Those two have completely different and opposing characters and despite struggling to show or even understand their own feelings, deeply care for each other.
The last two parts felt a bit rushed compared to the other ones. It kinda undermines what the first parts build up and leaves me with some questions and holes (not really plot holes it would’ve been nice tho to get to know more about what happened, especially in part four)
All in all still a great book and recommendation!

I came here because it was free on KU and I stayed because I saw that Yoongi read it during In the Soop. I thought the writing itself and the style was really spectacular. This book was short, and the chapters were short, which I liked. I enjoyed the writing and the characters, and I liked reading the book. However, I thought the ending was wrapped up too nicely and illogical.
