Fourth Laura Wood book I’ve read, fourth one I’ve absolutely loved. I don’t know what it is about her writing style but it’s so easy to read whilst still being absolutely beautiful.

Definitely one of my absolute favourite authors

I love these books - historical, romantic and whimsical. Her protagonists are wonderful and Freya is maybe my favourite, so silly, self-assured and hungry. She feels very real and I think I’ll miss her
