I'm very conflicted. What is good is very good--Stiefvater has amazing atmospheric writing, there were two times I gasped out loud, the characters are always great. But to me...this felt unfinished. It felt too short. I wonder what had to be scraped and why, and what the book would have looked like with those additions.
