If you had told me 5 years ago when I was reading the Raven Cycle that Declan Lynch would be one of my favourite fictional men I would have laughed in your face. And yet somehow, in Ronan's comatose absence, Declan upheld upheld that broody yearning that is characteristic to the Lynch boys. It isn't even his amazing girlfriend that is the best thing about him - it's the simple fact of his humaness besides his two otherworldly brothers.
Ronan undergoes so much character growth throughout this series, especially so in this book even though he is incapacitated for 80% of the plot. And Adam <333

Absolutely amazing. The gansey cameo was truly wonderful.

Incredible and perfect ending of an incredible story and imperfect people.
As someone who became chronically ill over the course of this series being released, it was quite the journey and cathartic to finish. There were so many times I had to pause, put down the book and take a moment to process. I even read sections out to my partner, as they were so good as stand alone reflections on being or loving someone who's chronically ill. It's wild how much the story is not about that, but it's definitely about that.

I have so many things to say. The epilogue was everything to me and I felt like I was saying goodbye to the most important people in my life ever….but beyond a few stellar chapters (mostly Declan POVs and the Adam essay)…this book was meh.
It didn’t feel like a finale to this beloved universe, it was so incredibly short. You could tell that mstief did not care for this world or characters and wanted it to just be done with. Previous hallmarks of her writing that I found charming became hollow caricatures that I found annoying.
I loved cdth I loved all the characters introduced and I ADORE Declan and think his focus is the strength, I also feel such a renewed fondness for Ronan.
Mstief struck gold with trc and it was only just barely echoed with this series.
Ill miss my friends
