I thoroughly enjoyed the story and I want more, and I want it now. Sadly enough I’ll have to wait until the next book comes out, but I really want to know how the current affairs in the underlibrary are going to end.

I personally didn’t enjoy this book as much as the first even though this book had so much more adventure and the world was starting to expand in ways I never saw coming - I mean at one point I literally gasped.

The reason I didn’t enjoy it as much is because in this book you really start to see Tilly develop as a character and as she becomes more stubborn and strong willed she does the whole I’m not a child thing and becomes whiny which I personally don’t enjoy.

Other than that though excited to see what happens in the next one ☺️

Cute continuation of the series. Though I did find the plot dragged a bit in the middle. I love how atmospheric and descriptive her writing is. Very cozy Christmas read if you are looking for one.

Audiobook- 3.75. Enjoyed this one more than the first one but need to read the first or this one won’t make sense.

I finished this in one sitting yesterday and I honestly shred a tear because I finished it and now it's finished.

This is the sequel to my favorite bookish book and it is just as wonderful! I love the world Anna James creates and the adventures we get to go on with Tilly and Oskar. The illustrations are gorgeous as well.

I love this series with my whole heart, it is truly amazing. Oh and the books are gorgeous underneath the dust covers as well! https://www.instagram.com/p/B2wiqlToY_F/ (swipe for naked cover!)

This was so much fun. At times Tilly frustrated me, but that's likely because I'm an adult reading a children's book. Younger me wouldn't have batted an eye. I really do adore the magic system in these books (I want it to be real).
