I enjoyed this romance. I loved Autumn and Ranger and adored Red. There was some element of mystery though no dead body. Some of my questions were left unanswered so I removed a star. The romance was definitely five star. Definitely enjoyable reading on a fall day!

Autumn’s Ghost is a charming quick story to read on a lovely fall evening.

Cricket Rohman has a knack for writing captivating clean romantic fiction. She lived up to that reputation with this book.

Autumn and Ranger have that instant sizzle necessary to carry the romance part of the story.

Autumn’s affluent parents are overly strict and treat her like a much younger girl than a woman who has just graduated college.

Up until now, she’s been perfectly happy to let them make all the decisions for her. She has a best friend and her library book club to keep her busy.

When she wins a contest from the Fantasy Maker, she sneaks off to fulfill her dreams of a vacation to photograph New Hampshire’s fall changing of the season.

Through a serious of mishaps and fortuitous coincidences, she and Ranger put their chemistry to the test.

The story has everything from a mysterious benefactor to a haunted house. I normally love a story with a faithful dog, but the inherited horse & injured wild red fox fill that role admirably.

The descriptive details are vivid and create beautiful images throughout the book.

There were occasional places where I felt like I needed a tad more information. However, this is part of a series and I trust the author to tie these mysteries up with the perfect bow in the next books.

I recommend this delightful tale to all lovers of fall, Halloween, and sweet romance.
