This was one of my most anticipated books of the year and it did not disappoint. I loved this world and the characters in it since book one and when I knew Legend was getting his own book next I was SO excited. What a juicy age gap and marriage of convenience with a massive tattooed cinnamon roll MMC. What could be better? Legend is EVERYTHING, I’m not surprised Monroe jumped at the chance to volunteer as tribute to fill the role of Mrs. I also really enjoyed the twist to the normal third act event that you usually see in romance books. I wasn’t expecting this book to be so emotional, but here we are! Swooning in a puddle over here. I can’t wait for the next book!
