The first bit was good, but then it just felt like a lot of repetition, and I got bored. This is the problem I have with most nonfiction self help type books. I feel they would be better suited to an article or blog post. There's just not enough to say to fill a whole book.

This book was okay! It was easy to read, and very easy to listen to as an audiobook with the author narrating. Some ideas were basic but other ideas were exceptionally unique and original. As someone who prefers body neutrality and self-tolerance/acceptance over self-love, some of these takes were really interesting. It was a bit too hopeful for me at times, but hey, maybe that's my problem.
