I would recommend this book to everyone and their mother, literally. Each trigger you may experience in reading this book will hopefully be overpowered by a mindset of growth (and humor), like it did for me. Following her mentality and health throughout the years was such a disturbing, yet beautiful read. Breaking free from a comfortable, fatal mindset is so challenging and I am very grateful she shared her story exactly in the way she did. I’m Glad My Mom Died is a book of healing and discovering the motivation to heal.

i think this is honestly one of the best memoirs i've ever read. an absolutely tough, harrowing read, but a great one nonetheless.
