I am not really the best at poetry even thought I enjoy reading it. There were a few gems in this book, but overall it was a little bit too millennial forward for me in some poems. I don’t think the writing is bad though, some of the poems are very simple and sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn’t. Some of the poems feel more like words of advice, which again as a not poet I don’t know if that is normal or not.

Again, only got this to see if I thought it was TS. It most definitely isn’t. I also just think this type of poetry isn’t for me? I understand it’s appeal for some but it falls insanely flat for me. There was two poems I liked so x
