I'M SO GLAD I READ THIS LITERALLY COULDN'T PUT IT DOWN i alway had mixed feelings on reading this series due to the immense cringe the movies were but i'm so glad i looked past that cause this shit was so good and reminded me why i love reading i will say though not that it's racist but you can kinda tell its a white woman writing it as with most dystopia

When i first read this book, i was 14, and i read it in a single day; i thought it was the best thing i have ever read.
7 years later, i decided to reread it (this time in english and in audio). It is still a masterpiece. Collins' writing is wonderful, the worldbuilding is amazing, i cant recommend it enough.
