The Queen of the Underworld

A Kayti McGee book with no funnies but a whole heap of sexiness in the form of a Jason Statham lookalikey with ropes!

Crimson is an art thief out to seduce men then disappear into the night with a cheeky Van Gogh stashed in her knickers. The next object of her desires is the great ginger god Jonathan Drazen and his Rhapsody painting of a reclining nude redhead.

I googled it because I wanted to appreciate the same art that my ginger friend did but I couldn’t find so I think Kayti made it up. I’m really liking one by Kunst that I found but she isn’t reclining and she isn’t on a beach, but she has a great rack. I might try steal it, I’ll be like Catherine Zeta Jones in Entrapment with the lasers.

Just like Scooby Doo and the meddling kids Crimson’s plan is disrupted by sexy Hank Jaydee. I don’t think Hank was in a Scooby Doo episode but you get my drift.

Such a fab little book, I read it twice.

This is a short novella in the Kindle Worlds. I'm not sure what I was expecting. I read it because I like the author.

And, I enjoyed this. It's different. It's gritty. I can't say it's a traditional romance, but it's definitely about people getting what they want, and what they pay for.

It's well written and it draws you in right away. It moves quickly, and it has to as it's short... But the quick movement of the story and the narrative is part of the appeal.

I enjoyed this and I recommend it
