This one made me teary. Oh so teary.

It might have just passed Funny Story as my favorite Emily Henry book. 🥹

The two main characters were so full of life and quirks and felt unique and real. They were cute separately, and I enjoyed watching their interactions grow and their boundaries fall with each other.

The note writing alone had me oohing over this book. The thought of writing in mirrored windows and just little notes back and forth… adorable. Made me swoon.

I love the idea of a Happy for Now - that sometimes it’s okay to appreciate the now and what you have and be happy with the present. Such a nice idea.

Didn’t grip me as much as the other books I’ve read by this author. I enjoyed it but not as much as the others. The characters names I found annoying too. Augustus and January?

This was fine - my least fav of the Henry books I’ve read. I overall plot was not particularly compelling and many actions/thoughts of the characters were simply unbelievable. A perfectly fine summer escape.
