This one was ok, I liked the show better, bringing in Steven and Taylor’s relationship and even the moms, they did a good job on the show! I did feel like it was too jumpy at places and kind of confusing knowing if we were in current time or back then? Anyway, still good!

Strangely enjoyable. Not much happens, yet due to the flashbacks and family videos it doesn’t feel slow. The love triangle feels weird, yet I like that better choices are being made

After loving the first book so much, this one was a bit disappointing. I know the book was meant to take place over a shorter period of time than the first, but everything felt so rushed and incomplete. I never quite felt like I knew what exactly what was going on, like critical information was missing. Again you get the flashbacks, the immaturity and growth of the characters, but it all seemed insufficient to me. Belly is still very young, confused, indecisive. And I'm sure a lot of readers didn't like that either, as she struggled between the 2 brothers. But that again is what a lot of young people experience. There were some good points and not so good points about this book, but overall it kind of fell flat for me.
