Once the couple got together, it was just sex scene after sex scene. Nothing new and nothing of substance. The story didn’t move at all for a long time so I gave up.

Hollywood/celebrity meets small town romance, enemies to lovers, forced proximity, this book has so many fun tropes that make it a quick, enjoyable read. For me, the third act breakup felt totally unnecessary and took me out of it a bit, but it was still fun.
