I am not a fan of this book.... in any way. I didn't like the execution at all. Basically we have two parents who can't get over each other for the happiness of their kids. we also have two characters who have the same siblings but have never met- which seems very unrealistic given the circumstances of this book. And to tie it all together it takes a death to bring people together. I wasn't a fan of the writing or the plot nor were the characters that great.

I have mixed feelings on this book. I would probably give it a 2.5 if that were an option. None of these characters are perfect, they are all very much flawed and that gives it more of a realistic feel than your typical YA contemporary. The voices weren't very distinct until the second half of the book, even though the three sisters were very different in personality from the beginning. I would have appreciated a marking or something to acknowledge when the POV was changing because I initially thought the book was going to be dual POV but it ends up being a 5 person POV story.
Ik twijfel een beetje tissen 2 en 3 sterren.. Het verhaal kwam heel langzaam op gang en was sommige momenten gewoon echt saai. Maar tegen het einde vond ik het verhaal wel weer beter, maar toen kwam het einde en dat viel weer heel erg tegen.

I feel like there was no real storyline. It was just a book in third person that went through each of the children's problems. I did not expect for THAT THING to happen towards the end. {If You Know What I'm Talking About} Now that i've finished it I sort feel sad and definitely need a few days of not reading. It definitely felt short even in the time span that i read it. {14 Days} In the end i did enjoy this book, just not as much as others.
