While I found it an interesting story, I found it hard to believe that Beth at the beginning who apparently knew nothing and Beth mid-book who knew everything was hard to reconcile. The twist at the end of the story around Camilla felt forced and ruined the book for me.

This book had me actually gasping.
It is a rollercoaster from front to back, I was losing my mind trying to decide whose team I was on. The ending had me in literal shock I would've never seen it ending the way it did, crazy plot twist.
So good, totally recommend reading if you want suspense and like following the plot of a whodunit crime story.

Fast paced, plenty of suspense and shock revelations. This book definitely shows that a, seemingly, perfect husband and wife really aren’t as they appear and you really shouldn’t judge based on external appearances or take anything for granted. The way the story is narrated from different perspectives is ingenious and sometimes leads you deliberately along the wrong path.
My allegiances switched countless times during this story, I’m still not totally sure who to trust or who to feel sorry for. There were lots of twists and turns and shocks along the way. An excellent and chilling tale - recommend!

This felt a little repetitive. I had high hopes based on the title and this had a lot of potential, none of which panned out how I thought it would. There are avenues left unexplored that would have been rad.

This was so good! First real thriller of the year and I enjoyed the twists and turns of the reveals.
