The way I loved this book!! I want to live in this small Oregon town and peruse the shelves of all the little downtown shops. The friendship shown in this story felt very natural and real to me. The dynamic between Delilah and Astrid is comical and relatable and sad, all at once. The romance is sweet, although the love is a little instant. I really loved the growth between each of the characters, both individually and together. I would definitely recommend it!

I really enjoyed this book! I found all the characters really lovable & loved Delilah's bad ass vibe mixed with Claire's sweet mom vibe. I love how complete Ashley Herring-Blake makes her characters & was happy to find all the characters that were in Astrid Parker Doesn't Fail (I listened to these books out of order). Cant wait to read Iris's book!

Great WLW fiction! I'd say it's like contemporary cozy with smut. I don't usually read books more than once, but I'd come back to read this one again!

I read Astrid Parker Doesn't Fall first and I believe the two FLs had cuter banter and chemistry. This book is still great quality writing, but often relies on tropes... So many tropes. (Enemies to lovers. Only one bed. The bet. Constant misunderstandings. The classic Hallmark big city girl meets old childhood crush/hot single parent in the small hometown. I'm probably missing some.)

I did enjoy this book, but I like the sequel better. I do like how all the characters are interconnected in this series. I love expanded universes.

Amazing! I loved this so much! I loved all of the characters and I can't wait to see them all fall in love.
