I needed this novel. A beautiful exploration of childhood trauma, second chances, parenthood, and, of course, messy and complicated (but ultimately healing) love. I related a lot to Claire and was happy to see a woman with a child as a main love interest. And Delilah was an incredibly entertaining and sympathetic protagonist.
If you've ever been stressed about going back to the town you grew up, this book is for you. A very cute love story, sapphic, sexy at times, and overall an easy read to follow. I liked how each chapter rotated between POV's. Felt a bit like a hallmark movie.

Would not recommend. Bad writing and very predictable plot.
Such a cute queer romance. I cried more than once and I really like the characters. I love all the hot and bitchy characters in this.
I think the book has a too perfect ending, but that okay… we deserve cute queer books. (Not to say that this isn’t steamy
